A trademark approved and registered by the Trademark Office of the State Intellectual Property Office is a registered trademark. The owner of the registered trademark enjoys the rights conferred by the law, including the following nine powers.
The trademark registrant has the right to use the trademark in the products and services approved for use by the registered trademark, and to use the trademark in the relevant commercial activities.
Exclusive right: the trademark registrant has exclusive and exclusive right to its registered trademark, and no other person shall use the same or similar trademark with the registered trademark in the same or similar products or services.
License to use: trademark registrant has the right to allow others to use their registered trademark by signing a contract for trademark utilization in accordance with legal rules.

According to the rules of the Trademark Law of China, if the exclusive right holder of a trademark wishes to continue to use the registered trademark after the expiration of the validity period of the registered trademark, he / she can apply for renewal before the expiration of the exclusive right to use the registered trademark.
5. Right of prohibition: the trademark registrant has the right to stop the private use of a trademark which is the same or similar to its registered trademark in the same or similar products or services.
6. Establishment of pawn right: trademark registrant has the right to establish pawn with its registered trademark in business activities.
Investment right: the trademark registrant has the right to invest its registered trademark as intangible assets according to the legal rules and legal procedures.
8. Right of transfer: the trademark registrant has the right to transfer his registered trademark to others for compensation or free through legal procedures.
9. Inheritance right: as intangible property, trademark can be inherited by its legal successor according to the order of property inheritance.
